Hallo, is ISO and NEN certified. Hallo, also launches new security services for SMEs in the Netherlands.

hallo, is ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 certified from today. ISO 27001 is a global standard for information security. The standard describes how you must process information security, with the aim of continuously safeguarding the confidentiality, availability and integrity of information within the organization. The NEN certification can be compared with the ISO 27001 certification, but focuses specifically on information from the healthcare sector.

During the two-week audit, the auditor visited the various hello locations to evaluate how hallo handles information securely.

Roy Sandbergen, CISO of hello,: ‘Securing our information, but also that of our relations is a crucial part of our ICT services. It is important that you as an organization are independently tested for this. We are very satisfied with the result achieved, which shows that the hallo, management system continuously monitors the security of the information.’

Security services
Thanks to its security awareness program, hello has been able to take all its employees along in the process towards this certification. hello, would like to continue to support SMEs in increasing their cyber resilience by offering new security services.
