of mail and documents with

OTC Organics in Dronten is active worldwide as a wholesaler in organic
fruits and vegetables. Customers can mainly be found in Europe, North America and
the Middle East. The growers who supply the products come from North and
South America, Europe, Africa, China and Australia/New Zealand. OTC has with
their view of all import and export of the products also a branch in the
Westland, near Rotterdam.
Challenge
For the support of all business processes, OTC is to a large extent
depends on Office 365. "We switched to Office 365 in 2018, now Microsoft
365", says Joryn Leijssenaar, ICT manager at OTC. OTC already works in the field of ICT
years together with IT partner hallo, in Zeewolde. By switching to the public
Microsoft's cloud also had OTC to redefine how it wants from now on

and can be quickly restored, if necessary. Also, we don't have one look back more. If you make backups yourself, this must be done properly and
you should also regularly test whether a restore is possible. we don't have to worry about that. We now have the certainty of well protected and easy to recover data."
