Guide on how to reset the Jabra Pro 930

  1. Disconnect the power cord from the base (charging station)
  2. Lift the headset from the base (charging station)
  3. Hold down the round answer button on the headset and wait until the white light on the headset flashes quickly 3 times
  4. Release the answer button and put the headset back into the base (charging station)
  5. Plug the power cord back into the base (charging station); a startup sound will be heard and the green battery indicator will start to flash slowly
  6. Wait about 30 seconds while the headset and bass sync with each other

TAPI Software Connector

SIPTAPI is a TAPI Service Provider (TSP) for MS Windows. The version proposed  is the Commercial version.

  • Outgoing calls: SIPTAPI allows to initiate phone calls from TAPI-compatible applications (e.g. Efficy)
  • Incoming calls: SIPTAPI passes the caller ID to your TAPI-compatible application for futher processing (e.g. opening the record of the caller in a CRM)

The SIPTAPI software is not a complete TAPI application – SIPTAPI is only a “TAPI provider”. To use the Windows telephony features you also need a “TAPI application” (such as Efficy…) which uses the TAPI providers to initiate calls or to generate an event upon an incoming call. The most simple and universal available TAPI application is “Phone Dialer” (dialer.exe) which comes with Windows. (Another worth mentioning TAPI application is the freeware “Phoner“. Phoner is especially useful for in-depth testing purposes).

1. SIPTAPI installation

On 32bit Windows

Copy siptapi_0.3.tsp from 32bit folder (Release SingleLine) into your Windows system32 directory(usually C:\Windows\System32)

I nstall and configure SIPTAPI using the telephony options from control panel.

On 64bit Windows

Copy siptapi_0.3.tsp from 64bit folder (Release SingleLine) into your Windows system32 directory(usually C:\Windows\System32). This gives you full TAPI support with 64 and 32bit TAPI applications.

  1. Go to settings and search for Phone and modem
  2. Open the advanced settings and click on Add
  3. Add “SIPTAPI Service Provider 0.3.xx”
  4.  Click on Add. You will be redirected to the following configuration window: 

     SIP Domain: sip.hallo.eu
 SIP User: hallo, sip username

     Password: hallo, sip password
Phone-User (optional): hallo, direct number

Activate: 
Register: 
Send 180 ringing: 

Click OK, you will get a confirmation that the SIPTAPI has been correctly installed.

To test, go to search and search for ‘dialer.exe’.

You can now place outgoing calls via the SIP TAPI.

 

  1.  Click on ‘add’. You will be redirected to the configuration window: 

     SIP Domain: sip.hallo.eu
SIP User: hallo, sip username
Password: hallo, sip password
Phone-User (optional): hallo, direct number

Activate: 
Register: 
Send 180 ringing: 

Click OK, you will get a confirmation that the SIPTAPI has been correctly installed.

Here is a step-by-step guide to adding your Yealink W60B base station to the platform:

  1. Navigate to the Hardware tab in the Admin portal.
  2. Click on Add hardware and select Add your own terminal.

  4. Choose who can make changes to the terminal: Administrator only or the User (and the administrator).
  5. Assign the hardware to a user and add a description to identify it easily in the system. This will only assign the first line slot to a user. If you want to add more handsets to the W60B base station, you need to contact our support.
  6. Check and confirm that everything looks good, and add the terminal to the platform.
  7. The last step is to reset the W60B base station to factory settings. This can be done by entering the web interface of the phone, or via specific handling that might differ from device to device.
