Here is a step-by-step guide to adding your Yealink W60B base station to the platform:

Navigate to the Hardware tab in the Admin portal.
Click on Add hardware and select Add your own terminal.
Select your hardware's brand and model from the Brand and model drop-down menu and fill in its MAC address.
Choose who can make changes to the terminal: Administrator only or the User (and the administrator).
Assign the hardware to a user and add a description to identify it easily in the system. This will only assign the first line slot to a user. If you want to add more handsets to the W60B base station, you need to contact our support.
Check and confirm that everything looks good, and add the terminal to the platform.
The last step is to reset the W60B base station to factory settings. This can be done by entering the web interface of the phone, or via specific handling that might differ from device to device.
