A hybrid form of working reaps the benefits of both worlds. If you make good agreements to work partly from home and partly at the business, then you combine the luxury of home with the job satisfaction and the contact with colleagues in the office. Investing in your employees also means investing in the physical condition. Hybrid working is fun, but not if the home office is at the kitchen table on a folding chair. More importantly, it makes working from home more pleasant and productive if you can prevent physical complaints to the back, neck and shoulders.
